      本次會(huì)議由德育校長(zhǎng)羅敦硯主持，他回顧2024-2025學(xué)年第一學(xué)期的德育工作：學(xué)校德育工作推行“三全六制”，全員德育、全程德育、全面德育，崗位責(zé)任制、全員導(dǎo)師制、首見負(fù)責(zé)制、行政導(dǎo)護(hù)制、學(xué)生自主管理制、家校聯(lián)系制。      面對(duì)復(fù)雜的形勢(shì)、個(gè)性各異的學(xué)生以及需求多元的家長(zhǎng)，全體老師齊心協(xié)力，確保了學(xué)校工作的有序開展與校園的平安和諧，取得了令人矚目的*。     羅校長(zhǎng)感慨道：“這一路走來，很不簡(jiǎn)單，很不容易，感謝大家的努力付出與精誠合作 。”同時(shí)展望了新學(xué)期的德育工作。The conference was presided over by Vice Principal Luo Dunyan, who reviewed the moral education work of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The school"s moral education work has implemented the "Three-Alls and Six-Systems" approach: all-staff education, whole-process education, and comprehensive education, along with the post responsibility system, all-staff mentorship system, first-encounter responsibility system, administrative guidance system, student self-management system, and home-school communication system.Faced with complex situations, students with diverse personalities, and parents with varied needs, all teachers have worked together to ensure the smooth operation of school work and the safety and harmony of the campus.Principal Luo remarked with emotion, "It has not been an easy journey. It has been very challenging. Thank you all for your hard work and close cooperation!" He also looked forward to the moral education work in the new semester.

02榜樣引領(lǐng)，共話管理

     會(huì)議中，班主任代表們的發(fā)言成為了一大亮點(diǎn)。     小學(xué)部老師代表 ——4D 班的周素梅老師，分享了她將原本薄弱的班級(jí)成功蛻變的歷程。通過不懈努力，該班級(jí)在優(yōu)秀班級(jí)評(píng)比中，從僅有 1 次獲評(píng)，一路攀升至 8 次，*斐然。During the conference, the speeches from the class teacher representatives became one of the highlights.The representative of the primary school teachers —— Ms. Zhou Su Mei from Class 4D, shared her journey of successfully transforming her originally underperforming class. Through relentless effort, the class saw a remarkable improvement in the excellence evaluation, rising from only 1 award to 8, achieving outstanding results.

     初中部教師代表 ——8A 班的馬林慧老師，則針對(duì)高年級(jí)學(xué)生的復(fù)雜性，分享了如何巧妙管理班級(jí)，營(yíng)造積極向上的班級(jí)氛圍。她們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，為全體老師提供了寶貴的借鑒，讓大家深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到班級(jí)管理的無限可能。Therepresentativeof the middle school teachers —— Ms. Ma Linhui from Class 8A,addressedthe complexity ofseniorstudents and shared how to skillfully manage the class and create a positive and uplifting classatmosphere. Their experience provided valuable insights for all teachers, making everyone deeply realize theinfinitepossibilities of class management.

      隨后，班主任主管胥麗珍老師從專業(yè)角度出發(fā)，為班主任的家校聯(lián)系尤其是班級(jí)群的家校溝通工作提供了切實(shí)可行的指導(dǎo)與建議。      她認(rèn)為，與家長(zhǎng)建立良好的溝系是班級(jí)管理的重要基石，在與家長(zhǎng)溝通時(shí)，要保持真誠、耐心與專業(yè)，及時(shí)反饋學(xué)生在校的情況，無論是學(xué)習(xí)上的進(jìn)步、生活中的點(diǎn)滴，還是面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，都應(yīng)及時(shí)和家長(zhǎng)溝通。要善于傾聽家長(zhǎng)的聲音，了解學(xué)生在家的表現(xiàn)與家庭環(huán)境，共同商討適合學(xué)生的教育策略。Subsequently, Ms. Xu Lizhen, the head teacher supervisor, provided practical guidance and suggestions for class teachers on home-school communication, especially in class groups, from a professional perspective.She believes that establishing good communication with parents is a crucial foundation for class management. When communicating with parents, it is important to maintain sincerity, patience, and professionalism, and to promptly update them on students" performance at school. This includes academic progress, daily life, and any challenges faced. Teachers should also be good listeners, understand students" home performance and family environment, and jointly discuss educational strategies suitable for the students.

03殷切期望，砥礪前行

     校長(zhǎng)湯菊在講話中，對(duì)全體老師的工作給予了高度肯定與誠摯鼓勵(lì)。她著重強(qiáng)調(diào)，老師是學(xué)校的中堅(jiān)力量，是學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)道路上*為關(guān)鍵的引路人。在這充滿挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇的教育征程中，每一位老師都肩負(fù)著塑造靈魂、培育未來的神圣使命。     湯校長(zhǎng)殷切期望老師們進(jìn)一步明確自身職責(zé)，不斷提升各方面能力。     在專業(yè)素養(yǎng)上，要持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)教育教學(xué)理論，緊跟教育前沿動(dòng)態(tài)，不斷更新知識(shí)體系，為學(xué)生提供更豐富、更優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育內(nèi)容。     在面對(duì)工作任務(wù)和復(fù)雜的問題時(shí)，要堅(jiān)定信念，勇往直前，用自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng)詮釋教育的真諦。Principal Tang Ju highlyaffirmedand sincerelyencouragedthe work of all teachers in her speech. In this educational journey filled withchallengesand opportunities, every teacher bears the sacredmissionof shaping souls andcultivatingthe future.Principal Tang earnestly expects teachers to further clarify their responsibilities and continuously enhance their capabilities in all aspects.In terms of professional quality, teachers should keep learning educational theories and stay updated with the latest trends in education, constantly refreshing their knowledge systems to provide students with richer and higher-quality educational content.When facing work tasks and complex issues, teachers should hold firm beliefs, forge ahead, and interpret the essence of education through their actions.

04近期部署，未雨綢繆

大會(huì)還對(duì)近期工作做出了明確部署。全體老師需在寒假期間與每位家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行溝通聯(lián)系，關(guān)注學(xué)生寒假動(dòng)態(tài)，并給予針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)建議。       同時(shí)，要關(guān)心學(xué)生完成寒假任務(wù)。此外，老師們?cè)诤倨陂g也要不忘自我提升，利用假期進(jìn)行知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備，為新學(xué)期的到來做好充分準(zhǔn)備 。The conference also made clear arrangements for the upcoming work. All teachers arerequiredto communicate with each parent during the winter vacation, pay attention to students" winter vacation dynamics, and provide targeted guidance and suggestions.At the same time, teachers should also care about students" completion of winter vacationtasks. Additionally, teachers should not forget to improve themselves during the winter vacation, use the holiday toenrichtheir knowledge, and make full preparations for the new semester.

05以愛為舟，以智為槳

       學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)本學(xué)期的優(yōu)秀班級(jí)以及老師頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)狀。對(duì)于開學(xué)初的工作，學(xué)校也做了精心安排。      會(huì)議最后，以 “思穩(wěn)、思危、思變” 為全體老師指明了未來的工作方向。這不僅是對(duì)過去工作的總結(jié)，更是對(duì)未來工作的展望。美高雙語學(xué)校的全體老師將繼續(xù)凝心聚力，以愛為舟，以智為槳，在教育的海洋中乘風(fēng)破浪，為學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)成才不懈努力，共同書寫美高教育的新篇章！The school leadership presented certificates to the outstanding classes and teachers of this semester. For the initial work of the new semester, the school has also made meticulous arrangements.At the end of the conference, the three words "Think Stability, Think Danger, Think Change" were used to point out the future work direction for all teachers. This is not only a summary of the past work but also a vision for the future.
